1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on the bdtbed Platform, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be the rightful owner of the payment method used to fund your account; (c) not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law; (d) not be acting on behalf of another person; and (e) not have been previously excluded or permanently banned from the Platform.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. bdtbed reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. We may require you to submit identity verification documents (government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership) before processing any withdrawal or at any point we deem necessary for security or compliance purposes.

2. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not disclose them to any third party. bdtbed will treat any action taken using your login credentials as authorised by you unless you have previously notified us in writing of unauthorised access. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

bdtbed will never contact you by email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel to request your password. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately. We recommend using a strong, unique password and changing it regularly.

3. Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. bdtbed accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability. bdtbed does not accept deposits from credit facilities (credit cards issued in credit mode) where the source of funds cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder. 4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is approved. bdtbed reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity, source-of-funds, or responsible gaming checks. In the event that an account is found to have been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity, all pending withdrawals may be suspended and the account referred for investigation. No withdrawal will be processed to a payment method or bank account not registered in the name of the account holder.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds. These specific terms are published alongside the relevant promotion and form part of this Agreement.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• bdtbed reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or collusion — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.
• Deposit bonuses and free credits are available to players aged 21 and above only.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bdtbed Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product category (sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, etc.). Product-specific rules are published within each game or betting market and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall take precedence in relation to that product.

bdtbed reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical malfunction. In the case of a game or match that is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply. Results are final once settled and confirmed on the Platform. No appeal will be accepted more than 72 hours after settlement.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each market and are displayed prior to placement.
• All live-bet decisions are final once confirmed by the system.
• In-play cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — settle on the official result as published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent).
• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software from the respective game provider. bdtbed has no ability to influence outcomes once a spin is initiated.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdtbed Platform. Any account found to be involved in such conduct will be suspended immediately, and bdtbed reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit any associated balances pending investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the Platform's software or payment infrastructure.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to any sport or event offered on the Platform.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to obscure the origin of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using another person's account, payment method, or identity.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-style events.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdtbed support staff or other Platform users.
• Attempting to gain access to the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdtbed Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game software, and data compilations — is the property of bdtbed or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of bdtbed. Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to that provider's own licence conditions.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

bdtbed collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data is transmitted over 256-bit TLS-encrypted connections. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdtbed shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any loss of funds resulting from your own failure to maintain account security; (c) any service interruption caused by circumstances outside bdtbed's reasonable control, including power outages, network failures, or acts of government; or (d) the accuracy of odds, statistics, or live data feeds provided for informational purposes.

In no event shall bdtbed's total liability to you for any single claim exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

bdtbed is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (from 24 hours up to 30 days), and immediate self-exclusion options accessible from within your account settings. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any voided bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to bdtbed's customer support team for informal resolution. bdtbed aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the matter.
